On Wednesday, November 20th, TWO Jiu-jitsu World Champions visited ZenQuest. The school’s BJJ Guru Demian Maia was joined by his friend, and long time training partner Rodrigo “Comprido” Modeiros. Join us for a FREE Self-Defense seminar on how to survive the “Knockout Game.” Participants will learn strategies and techniques for recognizing, avoiding, and even dealing directly with this deadly game. Pittsfield Police Chief Michael Wynn will be joining us to provide insight on “situation awareness” and ways to avoid becoming a victim. Mark DellaGrotte of Sityodtong Muay Thai dropped by on Saturday, July 20th to provide another great seminar. Known as one of the best Muay Thai Coaches in America, Kru Mark did not disappoint.
For this clinic DellaGrotte focused on combining defensive techniques with counter
